Rheims and Cohen LTD was founded in 2021 in Be'er-Sheva in order to answer the needs of French speakers immigrating to Israel. We aim to improve and reinvent core services in Israel which are currently lacking in terms of quality. Our goal is to integrate high-quality European standards, allowing each person to enjoy the services equally, regardless of the language they speak.

About Company

Our Project

Immo Israel is a trilingual website created in collaboration with real estate agents and private homeowners, which allows site visitors to discover properties of the highest quality whilst also gaining a personalized follow-up. Only detailed listings are allowed, I.e., those that include photos and complete details of the property intended for sale/rent. Additional services are also provided on Immo Israel, including social media advertising, professional photography services, and property renovation or design.

At Rheims and Cohen LTD, we have no shortage of ideas to improve on our current projects as well as plans for the future. Some of the upcoming improvements for Immo Israel include updating the website to make it more technologically advanced and support additional languages, such as Russian.

Itai Cohen is both a close friend and partner to the Rheims family, hence the company name. With his perpetual enthusiasm and energy, he takes care of the real estate part of the business and the Hebrew-speaking customers.

Shlomi is the administrative and financial director. His day-to-day work includes frequent trips to accountants, lawyers, and banks, managing the many phone calls we receive, and organizing the company’s finances.
